By purchasing this ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• No Refunds or Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason whatsoever, including cancellation, rescheduling, personal conflicts, travel issues, illness, dissatisfaction, or weather.
• Event Date and Venue Subject to Change: The event date, time, location, or format may change at any time for any reason without prior notice. Your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled event.
• Release of Liability: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to injury, illness, property loss, or allergic reactions. You agree not to hold the Organizer (National Collectables Expos LLC), the venue (Sheraton Denver Downtown), staff, vendors, or partners liable for any injury, damage, loss, or incident that may occur.
• Minors Policy: Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. By attending with a minor, you accept full responsibility for the minor’s conduct and safety.
• Product Authenticity: The Organizer is not responsible for counterfeit, unauthorized, or misrepresented products sold or traded at the event. All transactions are between attendees and vendors.
• Food and Allergens: Food may be present at the event. The Organizer cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Attendees with allergies or sensitivities should take appropriate precautions.
• Code of Conduct: Harassment, threats, disruptive behavior, or violations of event rules may result in removal without refund. All attendees are expected to treat others with respect.
• Photography Release: By attending, you consent to be photographed or filmed and grant permission for your image or likeness to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
• The National Collectibles Expo Denver 2025 is currently scheduled for Saturday, November 8th 2025, and Sunday, November 9th 2025, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Denver time). Please note that event hours are subject to change. The convention may open later, close earlier, or adjust programming at any time for any reason, including but not limited to staffing, safety, weather, or financial feasibility. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to make this the best possible experience for all attendees. This ticket also only grants admission access to National Collectibles Expo Denver 2025 during its open hours on Sunday, November 9 2025.
